Sure, there are skeptics out there who think that bloggers are faking their I-woke-up-like-this selfies and epic eating adventures—#youdidnoteatthat, anyone?
But if there’s one person who knows the sweaty truth about the fitness habits of the most style-savvy bloggers, it’s their trainer, Chase Weber.
The man behind famously fit bloggers like Hannah Bronfman of HBFit, Jacey Duprie of Damsel in Dior, Geri Hirsch of Because I’m Addicted, and Jenny Cipoletti of Margo and Me (not to mention a few of the Beckhams, NBD) has perfected the art of quick, do-anywhere, results-driven workouts. And yes, it’s more than just the Mayfair filter that’s making those bloggers look good.
“I like training with bloggers because they are willing to work their tails off,” Weber explains. “The fact that they have to be photo-ready at all times means they actively work at staying in shape, and take it very seriously–it’s not just a hobby, it’s part of their lifestyle. Their work ethic shows it.”
But just because they’re willing to put in the time doesn’t mean they always have it to spare. “One thing about working with bloggers is that you have to be flexible, as their schedules are constantly changing,” he notes.
So while he encourages scheduling a mix of barre, cardio, and boxing classes where you can, Weber has also crafted the perfect circuit workout for his clients to do anywhere—whether they’re heading to Paris Fashion Week or off to some far-flung tropical island. But you don’t need a front-row seat or a five-figure Instagram following to incorporate it into your routine, too.
